I’m Cindy, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach with over 20 years of experience guiding people through transformation. My personal health journey began when gut issues forced me to completely rethink my relationship with food. After navigating food sensitivities and learning how to live vibrantly again, I became passionate about helping others do the same.
I bring a unique perspective: blending decades of corporate coaching leadership with functional medicine training. My approach is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in listening — because no two people’s paths to well-being look the same.
